San Diego friends, we invite you to our winter mini-retreat: Self-Reflection, Exploration and Action

Let’s start by stepping away from our obligations for a few hours to enjoy a nourishing afternoon of connection with ourselves and others. Grab a girlfriend to come with you!

Thursday, February 9, 9:30am – 3:30pm

• We will meet at The Fairmont Spa and Wellness Center and refuel with a healthy lunch, poolside. 

• We will guide you through thought provoking activities, group work and one-on-one laser coaching for each of you.

• Finally, we will relax during a decadent 60-minute massage, facial or wrap and leave feeling clear and bright, ready to take action!

Spa Treatment Choices (60 minutes):

Herbal Reflexology:  Rosemary and rose petals infuse a warm, detoxifying Epsom salt foot bath, followed by a hand and foot reflexology massage to clear energy pathways and stimulate total wellness by addressing the body’s organs.

Therapeutic Massage: From soothing Swedish to tension-releasing deep tissue, this massage is personalized to your specific pressure preference and areas of tension, pain or chronic issues. Release tightness, reduce muscle pain, increase circulation and simply relax.

Portrait Facial: Following a brief consultation, our expert estheticians customize this toning and refreshing facial to your individual skin type, using a handmade, organic skin-care line designed exclusively for The Center For Wellbeing.

Wraps: These three nourishing wrap experiences begin with a dry body brushing to gently exfoliate the skin and are followed by a choice of either a mini-Portrait facial or a mini-Therapeutic massage. 

RECOVER: using a blend of Roman chamomile and lavender essential oils, this wrap calms and nourishes irritated skin. Great for sunburned skin. 

REPLENISH: This deeply moisturizing wrap of Porphyra red algae, hyaluronic acid and clary sage protects the skin, fights water retention and balances the senses. 

MARINE REPAIR: Enhanced with aromatic oils, this remineralizing algae wrap helps hydrate and restore the skin to its perfect state
